Materials used: Ordinary Portland Cement, Lower Alkalinity Sulfur Acid Salt Aluminum Cement, Polystyrene Foam (EPS), Sand, Additives or Fly Ash, Water, Perlite, etc.

• PLC and Touch Screen Control for high heating efficiency and steam saving.
• High precise guiding pressure reducing valve for constant inner temperature (±1%).
• Density tolerance controlled within ±3% via photoelectric or vibration sensors.
• Equipped with fluidized bed dryer, automatic sieving, and material conveying.
• Secondary expansion capabilities for optimized material density.
