This HVAC system phenolic foam board ventilation system is suitable for all HVAC ducting. It can be fabricated into different kinds of shapes by cutting and adhesive connecting. Compared with traditional GI ducting, phenolic pre-insulated duct panel offers significant advantages including low weight, fast installation, fire-resistance, sound insulation, and energy saving.

The phenolic pre-insulated duct panel is constructed with 2 layers of aluminium foil on both sides and 1 layer of high-quality phenolic foam in the middle.
