The HXGP series Belt Feeders are designed to withdraw fines or wet materials from hoppers, bins, or stock pipes to accurately and reliably feed materials to downstream systems like screens, crushers, and conveyors. These feeders are widely utilized in mining operations, power generation, and construction sectors.
The HXGP series belt feeder delivers material through a controlled process involving a hopper, gate, and a special wear-resistant, anti-tear, impact-resistant, flame-retardant skirted conveyor belt. Bulk material falls from the hopper onto the moving belt. The drive unit powers the belt via a drive pulley, and the belt speed is controlled by a variable frequency motor (VFD), enabling continuous and uniform feeding.
