Process Flow & Features

Process: Billet heating (1200-1300ºC) → rough rolling (dephosphorization, initial forming) → finishing rolling (shaping) → cooling (air/water cooling) → straightening → cutting → inspection and packaging.

• Wide Range: Side widths from 20-250mm, thickness from 3-24mm.
