1. Material Preparation: AA3003/AA5052 aluminum coils and aluminum foil cores (H18) are degreased and cleaned.
2. Pre-Treatment: Chemical conversion (chromating) and PVDF coating cured at 230℃ for maximum durability.
3. Composite Bonding: Layup of face-core-face sandwich using epoxy or PU glue under vacuum hot pressing (0.8-1.2MPa).
4. Post-Processing: CNC trimming and cutting with ±0.5mm tolerance. Edge sealing via aluminum profiles or sealant.
5. Quality Control: Rigorous testing for bond strength (≥7N/mm), flatness (≤0.5mm/m²), and UV aging resistance.
All panels are securely packed in heavy-duty export plywood boxes to ensure protection during international sea and air freight.
