Primary Steel Frame: The main load-bearing structure consists of Columns & Beams fabricated from hot-rolled or welded H-sections (e.g., Q355B steel). Connections use high-strength bolted and welded joints for maximum stability.

Secondary Components: Includes cold-formed C/Z-section purlins and girts, alongside horizontal and vertical bracing systems for seismic and wind resistance.

2. Building Envelope & Cladding

Roofing System: Options include PU/Rockwool core sandwich panels or corrugated Galvalume sheets with efficient drainage slopes.
Wall Cladding: Single skin or insulated panels with integrated roll-up or sliding doors.
Accessories: Natural ventilators, ridge caps, and gutters included for full functionality.
