Frequently Asked Questions
What is the fire rating of your aluminum honeycomb panels?
Our panels are rated as Class A non-combustible materials according to GB 8624 and ASTM E84 standards, with a melting point of 660℃.
How much weight can be reduced compared to traditional stone?
Our composite panels weigh only 1/5 to 1/8 of traditional solid stone slabs while providing 3-5 times higher bending strength.
Are these panels suitable for outdoor high-rise buildings?
Yes, they are designed for outdoor curtain walls with a life cycle of over 30 years and excellent resistance to wind pressure and thermal deformation.
Can the panels be customized for curved architecture?
Absolutely. Our panels can be processed into various shapes and support curved surface designs with a radian ≥ R500.
What is the sound insulation capability?
The honeycomb structure provides excellent noise reduction with a sound insulation rating of RW 25 dB or higher.
Is the material environmentally friendly?
Yes, the aluminum panels and honeycomb cores are 100% recyclable. Our production process uses VOC-free adhesives and is LEED contributive.
