Slant Aluminum Honeycomb Core

Aluminum honeycomb core is manufactured from aluminum foil and special honeycomb node adhesive on a dedicated production line. It offers distinct advantages including light weight, high strength, excellent sound insulation, and heat insulation properties.

The honeycomb core can be supplied in various forms: cutting slices, blocks, expanded or unexpanded, perforated or non-perforated. Notably, it can be produced with a slant angle of 30°, 45°, or 60°.

The cells of a slant honeycomb core are in a non-vertical state. This unique configuration is primarily utilized for communication shielding, air purification, and specialized equipment. It delivers superior performance compared to ordinary honeycomb cores due to its larger specific surface area and enhanced hydrodynamic characteristics. This allows air flowing through the structure to have more thorough contact and friction, resulting in more efficient air purification.

The finish of the slant honeycomb core is fully customizable and can also be painted in black.
