The HXGP series Belt Feeders can withdraw fines or wet materials from hoppers, bins, or stock pipes to accurately and reliably feed the materials to the downstream systems like screens, crushers, and conveyors. They are widely used in mining operations, power generation, and construction applications, as well as in coal, mineral, chemical, and water sector industries.
The HXGP series belt feeder delivers material through a controlled process involving a hopper, gate, and a special wear-resistant, anti-tear, impact-resistant, flame-retardant skirted conveyor belt. Bulk material falls from the hopper and gate onto the moving belt. The drive unit powers the belt via a drive pulley, and the belt speed is controlled by a variable frequency motor (VFD), enabling continuous and uniform feeding.
