Wire pay-off system: Adopts a damping frame with a constant tension device to ensure steel wire walks smoothly and stably.
Natural gas online annealing furnace: Box steel structure with segmented assembly, providing excellent sealing and reducing installation time.

Water cooling tank: Controls temperature before pickling to ensure process stability and remove impurities.
Environmental acid washing: Turbulent smokeless pickling technology in a closed space for rapid and eco-friendly cleaning.

Water cleaning tank: Secondary overflow cleaning method using high-strength PP material to eliminate residual liquid.
Wire drying: Highly efficient drying process suitable for various metal processing speeds.

Zinc Pot: Welded with special steel plates and featuring a natural gas external heating structure with precision thermocouple control.

The manufacturing facility covers approximately 30,000 square meters, including 8 specialized workshops for metal cutting, precision machining, and electrical assembly. Advanced equipment such as plasma welding and CNC lathes are utilized to ensure product accuracy.
